Konscious KYDS Youth Program

8 Week Program


This program is designed for at-risk student populations.

We lead students in a weekly program that focuses on movement, mindfulness, social-emotional learning, and character development. 

Students will

  • Improve focus and concentration and promote impulse control

  • Increase self-awareness and emotional regulation

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

  • Strengthen their character

  • Provide valuable life skills to overcome the daily obstacles
