A transformational 3-day experience designed to awaken the next generation of community-rooted leaders. Through breathwork, movement, and soul-centered practices, participants will learn how to hold space, lead with purpose, and serve their neighborhoods with clarity and compassion.

 

Open to emerging changemakers ages 18–24+ from Asbury Park, Neptune, Long Branch, and beyond. No degrees required—just heart, presence, and a deep commitment to healing our communities from the inside out.
