Konscious Phys Ed

45 min -1 hour Gym  (1 day,  8 weeks, or 16 weeks)


Bring balance to your physical education classes for the day with a KYDS yoga instructor to lead students in movement, character building, and meditation exercises.

Students will:

  • Learn how to regulate their breathing to better manage their emotional states. 

  • Relax their bodies through gentle movement. 

  • Develop a stronger sense of self through interactive dialogues and conscious conversations.
