Description
Bring balance to your physical education classes for the day with a KYDS yoga instructor to lead students in movement, character building, and meditation exercises.

Students will:

Learn how to regulate their breathing to better manage their emotional states.

Relax their bodies through gentle movement.

Develop a stronger sense of self through interactive dialogues and conscious conversations.
